For football, futsal and beach football referees
All your games.
All your progress.
All in one place.
Know what you'll be paid, and whether your evaluations point to moving up or down a category.
Free forever. No card needed.
How it works
From appointment to payslip.
The app follows every game from start to finish, and the whole season around it.
1Before the gamePro
The appointment arrives. The game is already priced.
Connect Gmail and appointment emails land in the app on their own, with date, ground, role and refereeing team. You just confirm.
On the free plan you log the game by hand and it's still priced for you.
2After the game
Know what you'll be paid, to the cent.
Match fee, travel and meal allowance from your association's tables. Distance is worked out from your home address. No formulas, no spreadsheet.
3End of the monthPro
Check that your statement adds up.
Upload your Score platform statement and the app compares it with your games, line by line. If something's missing, you'll know where.
On the free plan you get each month's total to compare with the statement.
4Across the season
And know if you're moving up.
Evaluations, tests, observations and attendance feed your score. See which minimums you already meet and how many promotion places there are.
And the rest of the season.
Games, training, evaluations and courses for your category in one place.
Log every session and watch your attendance score go up.
StatisticsPro
Average per game and per hour, season projection and month-by-month trends.
Your referee group gets its own page, with sessions and notices.
Games show up in your calendar as soon as you save them.
Private games
Tournaments and friendlies at the rates you agreed.
Associations
Tables from 12 associations and the FPF, already in the app.
Every table is built from the association's official document. Verified ones have been checked line by line.
Don't see yours?
Send us your fee table, as a PDF or a photo. We'll do the rest, usually within 1 to 2 working days.

Made by someone who also referees
I've been a referee since 2021. Before RefereeLog, it was just me and a spreadsheet, trying to figure out what I'd earn by the end of the month. I built it to solve my own problem, and that's still how I decide what to build next. Other referees use it now too, and the idea has grown. Still made by someone who also referees.
Who's already ditched Excel.
“I use RefereeLog as my only tracker. The estimates take the work out of figuring out extra earnings and when they apply.”
“It's a very useful idea. It cuts a lot of the paperwork in refereeing.”
“I logged my first game and knew right away what I'd earn from it. Before that, I only found out at the end of the month.”
